Main aim of IATEC – to support the development of the market of the energy service by bringing together the strength, reserves and experience of energy companies, enterprises and organisations of all forms of ownership at a regional and state level, including manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, scientific-research and project institutes, engineering firms, training facilities, state structures, financial institutes and also firms dealing with the organization and holding of exhibitions, conferences and seminars.

  Tasks are:

• to assist the social-economic progress of the state due to the development and implementation of energysaving programs
• to establish the informational exchange among the Association members in order to spread a world positive experience in the evolution of the energy-conservation sphere
• to consolidate the forces of the scientific potential, market experts, manufacturers – Association members – to develop  and manufacture new types of modern energysaving products
• to organise and carry out trainings and educational consultations in order to raise the professional level of the members, including consultations on energy-service projects.
• to influence on and to participate at the state  legislative policy in order to provide positive conditions for this economic sector evolution
• to promote the realisation of different financial forms including leasing schemes, credits, grants and others for energy-conservation measurements.
